Emergency Help for Tuapse Area Flood Victims

The area surrounding Tuapse was hit by some devastating flooding due to 3 tornados in the area that created a vacuum when they hit the mountain range adjacent to the Black Sea where this area is located.  Fifteen people died and 30 people are still missing.  Many people were displaced from their homes.  The church donated $25,000 in emergency funding to help these people.
