Sochi Blind Center

We had our first closing of a humanitarian project at the Sochi Blind Center.  The director, Gayane, is an enthisiastic and motivated director.  She also experiences sight related problems so  has a personal passion for her work.  We found her ever so grateful for the help that the church gave to this little 3 room center.

The church provided the following:  2 new computers and tables (see picture), 2 storage cabinets, 40 new chairs for their meeting room (replacing 12 broken chairs), an air conditioner for their meeting room (it gets so hot in Sochi during the warmer months), and a camera to use for soliciting additional funds from various sponsors.  So, thanks to anyone who contributed money to the church Humanitarian Fund.  It is used wisely and well for projects such as this one.
